4 Summer Workshops! 5:30-7:30 pm. 12 Years old and up. Suitable for youth and adults! No experience necessary. All workshops will take place at the Keswick Ridge Community Hall 86 rte 616. (15-20 mins from Fredericton depending what side you go!)
Wednesday July 16th Monoprinting: Plexi Glass Prints
Learn the art of expression through color and texture to create one of a kind mono prints on plexiglass. Paint, draw, print, repeat!
Wednesday August 6th Relief: Linocut
Intro to linocut will take you through the step by step from designing, carving and printing your own images. Create framable artwork or handmade cards and take your block home to keep printing!
Wednesday August 20th Solar Printing: Cyanotype ***weather dependant
Using natural materials sourced locally, learn how to prepare and process cyanotype for unique photosensitive printmaking! We must have sunshine for this event, therefore we will keep a close eye on the weather and adjust the date/time as needed.
Wednesday August 27th Intaglio: Tetra Pak Printing
Using nails, a juice box and a pasta machine we will create incredibly beautiful one of a kind prints.
Please note: There will be a minimum sign up of 10 people per workshop. If we do not meet our minimum you will be notified and refunded.
